The Outskirts is an rpg maker game with a retro horror comedy game currently under development by someone who smokes weed a bit too much.

STORY:

You are the Clown-Man, a performer on his way to entertain at a children's birthday party with his dog Pupperoni, when he crashes his car. He finds a new car, but his dog is captured by a town of crazy people.

Now with his dog being held captive by crazy people, the only way you can get him back is by taking down all of it's members of a cult that threaten they're way of life.

GAMEPLAY:

This game requires a basic knowledge of how RPG Maker games work. You do not level up naturally, but you have the choice to level up your skills as you see fit because EXP is your money, so you have to decide.

That medkit looks tempting, but upgrading your health might be a bit more tempting. The choice is yours.
