The Puppet & The Ringleader

This game was a project I used for a University project in which I was tasked to retell a fairytale using any medium of my choice. Since I am no good at making movies, or composing a mature interview... here we are! 

We also had to direct our fairytale appropriation towards a current social issue; and so I decided to home in on the Abuse of Power that is showcased between Disney's Pinocchio and Stromboli.

I also used this game to practice a lot more of my pixel art, using both tilemaps and individual sprites designed by hand on Aseprite.
