The Rainbow Maker

A game made by Anagh's World for Trijam #113: The 3 hour game jam

Plot/Overview

You play as a robot called "Indra" a.k.a "The Rainbow Maker". Evil forces are sending out the first letter of each rainbow color called the "Dark" letters. You need to defend the universe by responding the "Dark" letter with the "Rainbow" letters. As soon as you destroy all the "Dark" letters, you form a RAINBOW.

Game is 100% theme-based, I believe there is no need to explain this :)

How to play

• To make the gameplay more difficult, letters are introduced in the game along with the colors.
  
• Observe which "Dark" letter is sent out in the universe.
• Click on the corresponding color button to release the "Rainbow" letter.
• For each "Dark" letter you destroy, you get 10 points.
• When you make a rainbow, by destroying all "Dark" letters, you get 50 points.
• Each time you make a rainbow, you agitate the Evil forces and the frequency of the "Dark" letters increases, which also makes the game more fun to play.

Controls

The controls are super simple, it's just a click (LMB for PC) or touch (for mobile).
