Story & Gameplay After witnessing a large Gemstone being stolen from a museum by a Person shrouded in a Raven mask, you find yourself on a Museum After a quick Change of scene. Here one slips into the Role of Wachtmeister Zellner; A Gentleman from Switzerland, with Half smooth And small Wamp.
If you want to know more about the well-staged Story, it's best to play it yourself.
I have contested this Game with the Mouse, but there is probably also the Possibility to play with Gamepad.
Genretypical, you collect And combine items, talk to other People, and look for Clues.
The Game has several Memory Slots and an Autosave.
If you can't get any further because you don't notice something in the Environment, you can have the Hotspots displayed. However, this costs points, which can be obtained by solving Tasks. I have no Glimmer as to whether the hotspot function is still possible when there are no Points left; Never consumed any.
The Inventory appears when you Hover to the bottom of the Screen; The same applies to the Diary and Menu, only for that at the top.
Graphics and Sound Graphic, the Game stands its, well, What do you call that, predecessor (?) The Raven-Legacy of a Master Thief in no way after, but also doesn't do anything better. At least I didn't notice much Difference. However, I have to admit that I played Legacy of a Master Thief some Time ago and only compared the Screenshots from then and now.
The Graphics, which can be located somewhere between stylistic and realistic, are to be convincing. Charming and detailed Characters, as well as varied, Lovingly designed locations, make for an overall Convincing Impression.
As far as the Sound is concerned: In the Background, a pleasant, atmospheric Music dudels and the Voice Actors do a very good Job. They make the individually designed Characters even more vivid; Whether the Baroness with her Allure, the Inspector working As obsessed with his Case or the quagrising Boy.
This is not particularly surprising Given the Star Cast in the Field of Voice Actors. After All, one can: Stephan Schwartz (often Dubbed Andy García or Tom Cruise) in the Role of Nicolas Legrand or Nana Spier (Stand-coach of Sarah Michelle Gellar, Claire Danes and Drew Barrymore) in the Role of Patricia Mayers to listen in.
Unfortunately, the Facial expressions of the Characters outside the Film sequences seem a bit wooden, which I think is a great pity.
Conclusion I can only recommend it; Anyone who likes a good Detective story and has fun at Point & Click Adventuren.
The Price is quite OK, especially since you can still get the "old" version of the Game when You buy it. Waiting For a 25% Sale doesn't hurt either.
The Raven Remastered is a successful, rather straightforward Adventure whose Graphic Style reminds me a little of Games like The Walking Dead or Jurassic Park: The Game.
