The Red Balloon

The Red Balloon is a Puzzle-Platformer, that pays homage to classic Gameboy games of the past as well as modern 2D titles.   In the game you play as a lonely Dwarf, who meets a Balloon who has become trapped inside the mountain where the Dwarf lives.   With the help of your trusty hammer, you will help the Balloon escape the mountain and return home, solving puzzles and defeating enemies along the way!   

This game was created in 6 weeks for the Experis Game Jam, where the theme was 'Balloons'.  

Due to the time constraint the game is currently very short (6 playable levels, about 20-30 minutes of gameplay total) and is missing features that I plan to add later, such as Save/Load functionality, In-game volume adjustment for music and sfx, controller support, better menus, and of course many more levels.
