The Roots are All Evil

Play as a hungry, little worm protecting a home's pipes from being ruined by roots by eating them all.  (This was made for Global Game Jam 2023.)

Controls

WASD or Arrow Keys

Tips 

Eat roots to stop them from going down and hurting the pipe. Roots give a temporary speed boost from the energy. 

You have 4 lives (Getting a hit after 3 cracks = a loss). 

Power up leaves

Green leaf = Health (Restores 1 life / crack in the pipe + same temporary speed boost as eating roots). 

Yellow leaf = Super boost (Temporary speed boost that is longer and faster than eating roots). 

Brown leaf = Bomb (Destroys all roots on screen + same temporary speed boost as eating roots).
