** STORY ** 

 Strange things have been happening in the small town of Hawksmill, located in the North East of England. The entire population vanished overnight! You suspect dark forces may be responsible having spent many years studying the pages of the great tome of all things evil - the necromonicon. Could this event be what was foretold in the dark and ancient manuscripts? You are determined to find out what is responsible for the Shadow Over Hawksmill.

The COLLECTOR'S EDITION is presented in a stunning fully printed glossy box that contains the game on either C64 cartridge or floppy disk, artwork stickers, a deluxe art card, badges, glossy game artwork poster and a detailed printed map.

The PREMIUM PLUS DISK EDITION of the game is presented with full colour double-sided artwork in a clear plastic disk case.

The BUDGET DISK EDITION features a 5.25" floppy disk presented in a full colour glossy disk-sleeve with a glossy disk label and printed instruction booklet.

The CLAMSHELL C64 TAPE EDITION features the game on cassette tape presented in a clamshell case with a glossy full colour tape inlay (Note: Only 50 copies of this version are available).

The STANDARD C64 TAPE EDITION features the game on cassette tape presented with a glossy full colour double-sided tape inlay.

THE SHADOW OVER HAWKSMILL is a game for the Commodore 64. You can play the game in a C64 emulator (we recommend VICE) or you can port the game onto real C64 hardware if you have the resources to do so. The download file features the .d64 (disk version), .tap (tape version) and .prg (c64 program files). The download also includes files that have been tested and will work on the C64Mini/Maxi.
