The Song of Seven: Chapter One is a colorful game about a little boy who spent his entire life in isolation in a tiny village. He, his family and neighbors are very timid, afraid of everything new, afraid of the outside world, and therefore carried the settlement of a high fence of stakes. And in one rainy day comes a storm. The Villagers immediately catch a cold. Kibe's Mother-the protagonist-asks his son to find a cure, because the father of the family is bad. The Boy successfully copes with the task, and then... And then on the street on the spot fallen the stakes of the fence suddenly appears a mysterious girl who offers Kibe to see the world. This is Where the adventure begins. This is a poignant story about learning to overcome fears. No matter How convenient it is to live in your comfort zone, you need to get out of it, because the world around is huge and holds so many interesting things! Of course, there is both bad and good, but until you see it with your own eyes-you will not feel a real taste for life. This is what Kiba understands in the course of the plot development. So Far, only the first part of the story is available on Steam, the sequel follows. I Really hope that the developers will not fail. In the future I would like to see localization not only on Russian, but also in other languages: such a story about bravery should be told to everyone. Voiceover as such in the game No, there is music (just amazing) and sound effects. Character Replicas are placed in a "cloud", as in an isometric game like Torchlight. The Game does not require much disk space or super-duper iron, and it is great. Tired of AAA-games, want something cute, sincere, simple and good. And The Song of Seven: Chapter One gives this feeling of a good fairy tale.

The Song of Seven: Chapter One is a dreamlike Entry Into a wonderfully staged and revered adventure of a special Kind. The Story is beautifully told and lets you witness the Journey of two Characters, both of whom are looking for their true Self and get to the Bottom of the Complications of Closure and false Security as the story runs. The Narrative style is wonderfully written with the many Anecdotes, Jokes and simply the Way it is brought across. Graphically, Enlightened Games did everything right with their special Art-style with the vivid and stimulating Colors that really beautifully draw you into the Mood of The Song of Seven. Atmospherically grandiose conveys with the very numerous Cutscenes that were created on top of it class and do not tear you out of Immersion. The Control, on the other hand, takes some getting used to and sometimes a bit fiddly, especially on the Overview Maps, but you can confidently look past it. For the Future, however, the Integration of a Controller would be very desirable! Sound and Music All very first Cream, beautifully composed Music Accompaniments and very well adapted effects to the different Situations that round off the Immersion of The Song of Seven. I have a clear Buy Recommendation for all Fans of nicely told Adventures who can live with it that there is only a Part of five. I might find the Price a Ticking too high but you can live with it. Also playing again will give me some Pleasure to capture the beautiful Music and Story again and, of course, to unlock the last remaining achievements. + + + Like The Review and want to read more Reviews of me so check out my curator page: Reviews of Jadefelsen! +++
