The spy who shot me reviews and comments

Right now I have nostalgia for old FPS, like Wolfenstein, doom, quake... I like dusk, strafe... but the spy who shot me on the other hand I find it rather bad. Looks like a bad console port. From the menu far too limited, it went badly. But what bothers me the most is the gameplay and interactions with the environment. Everything is automated. There is simply no key to interact with. All we can do is type and shoot, throw grenades and knives. Technically it is between Doom 2 and Quake 1, and even in doom there were doors to open and switches to activate, but there, nothing. We go ahead and shoot and activate something, we just have to find "7". Not even keys or access cards what, just a kind of symbol that serves as a goal. The gunfights are soft, no sensation... Everything is really done to the bare minimum what. No subtlety. It's still done with the unity engine what. There was a way to make it a little more complex. So OK, I only played 30 minutes, a level and a half or 2, and it got me stuffed. The intro is just a cliché of parody of spy movies, but not funny. In short, I have not seen anything that makes me want to go further. Still, being a fan of the games "no one lives forever", I thought the experience would be similar, but no. The intention is there but I think it is poorly thought out. If you are looking for a very arcade game, with a simplified gameplay to the extreme, and the impression of playing an old title of the years 1990, but very average even for the time referred go there but personally I can recommend it.

Early Access Review The Spy Who shot Me™ or "The Spy Who Shot me"-The game-parody on all the spy themes and the agent 007 in particular. The Game was made by the master of Humor-the Scottish group of developers "Retro Army Limited", which gave us such funny and excellent games as: The diology of Super Trench Atack, Devil's Hangover, Verdict Guilty and Dungeon Marathon. According to the classics of films about 007, there is an evil that threatens the world and there is an agent who threatens evil, in our case, it is Agent 7. Visually, the game is implemented in the style of the legendary GoldenEye 007, that is, the picture resembles the game nineties, but it does not prevent it to be quite attractive, retro-it is always good. Even shooting in a very similar way from the aforementioned game, except for one. This is a comedy, why not make a sight self-suggestive. From the very beginning of the game, begins to ridicule all the clichés to spy cinema. Jokes about gadgets, super car, commander named Mother. Yes It's still flowers, you shoot the staff on your base, the pants at someone will fall from the bullet, then the cap flies and make a somersault. From The first mission it becomes clear who you really are. You are not just an agent 7, you are Terminator 7. Why Do you need a parachute? If You can kicking break the ceiling of a huge building, along the same killing a couple of enemies, throwing away at the same narcissistic jokes. But All this is realized really funny and exciting. The Whole gameplay, it's essentially a joke, one big comedy, which sometimes throws up difficulties. This is already a business card developers, it is a game that makes you laugh so that it attracts you in the gameplay and does not give up. If you want hardcore gameplay, you have multiplayer mode: Deathmatch on eight players. Here you can sweat against other people, and interesting and gameplay oldschool, to some extent even seem to play Deathmatch in the article mentioned in GoldenEye 007. In the best traditions of Retro Army Limited, it is wildly funny and because of this gameplay addictive. At the moment the game is in early access and the developers promise a lot of innovations and different content. Support is worth, they have long proven their competence. We recommend you to read and laugh from the soul!
