The Stuff Gun
About
I'm working on a game called The Stuff Gun. It's a silly local multiplayer top-down shooter where you can pick up any object in the environment and shoot it out of your gun, no matter how ridiculous. This is an early WIP build. At this point it has very few sound effects and no music, the characters and enemies just have capsules as placeholder models, and there are plenty of bugs and polish details to work out. But you can see the core functionality there:
- Local multiplayer top-down shooter
- You can pick up any object and shoot it out of your gun, no matter how ridiculous.
- Some objects have to be damaged before you can pick them up. That is indicated by a yellow outline.
- Versus mode.
- Co-op horde mode survival.
- Dynamic split-screen.
- A variety of enemies: basic, ranged, fast runners, defensive buffers, and offensive buffers.
- An encyclopedia of all the objects you've picked up.
- A leaderboard for horde mode survival
