The Water Is Always Running (VR)

The Water Is Always Running is a music-led, virtual reality experience about over-consumption.

Inspired by Fluxus events scores, vaporwave, and virtual reality training simulators; The Water is Always Running suggests to the user a simple task: wash the dishes... in the sky... to a soundtrack of warped and broken 80s pop music.

This work is the first in a series of music-led virtual reality experiences exploring the intersection of human-centered design and defamiliarization.
