Therapy Session

Therapy Session is a single-player walking Simulator for the htk winter term Gamejam 2022 where your mind is your own enemy.

We drink the poison our minds pour for us and wonder why we feel sick.

Aiden has been through serious issues since early on in life, and it's your task to help him work through his trauma to finally be free from the shadows in his mind.

You wake up in the house of your mind, filled with the horror of your past, getting progressively worse each day.

Release your past and pick up the good memories in order to heal your mind and escape the shadows.

Your mind is your own worst enemy - but it's not bound to drag you down.

Will you fight it, or let it devour you until nothing is left of you?
