There's Always a Bigger Fish

The ocean is a dangerous place. It's eat or be eaten. A literal dog-eat-dog world, except the dogs are fish.

Smaller fish can be eaten. Bigger fish cannot. Eating enough small fish triggers a growth spurt.

Imagine Feeding Frenzy, because that's basically what this is.
