This Visual story to burn in memory is an interactive fiction (which requires a very good level in English) in which the player explores and discovers the story of a fictional European city around the time of the first world war. History has potential, if only the author had been more experienced. I appreciate a good book, but this digital piece was really boring to read. The author tries to add quality to the story by breaking each sentence, which at first glance seems excessive and makes the reader lose interest. Rather, the narrative looks to try to describe the architecture of each building in the city rather than describing the events that should be the major part of the scenario. This game is definitely neutral for me; for example, the font used in the game is too small, which makes reading difficult. There is very little sound in the game, the player can only listen to music when the option enable memory is selected, the rest of the time the user being in total silence, which is a disadvantage in the case of interactive fiction.
In my opinion, this digital story does not belong to steam, it is not captivating enough to keep the reader interested and the lack of background soundtrack only keeps the reader in a dull silence. The only reason I did not uninstall it at the time I was selfless is that it gave me the first realization when I activated the scenario and I decided to consult a guide to get the last 2 achievements and this game ends fast. No collector card, but 3 successes easily obtained.
Try it, maybe you might like it, because it's free. I recommend it.
