Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 reviews

A great remake from «Vicarious Visions» that reminded me a mixture of «THPS 4» and «THUG 1» in terms of game dynamics. With a wallplant, but without walking with skateboard.

This is exactly what I wanted. Classic «Tony Hawk game» at high speed. The classic soundtrack is a joy, as well as a reimagining of the design of the classic levels. They look modernized.

Also liked the statistics system with the challenges and leveling. Just upsetting that multiplayer isn't available now.

Good job «VV». Looking forward to «THPS 3+4».

This is a very well-done remaster of two classic games. I’d love to see the same treatment for other Tony Hawk games, especially Underground 1 or 2. The game seems limited in content at first, but there are a ton of achievements to get and the online multiplayer is very nice. I’ve found myself replaying through the games with each available skater, I’ve gone through it at least 6 times at this point and I haven’t gotten bored with it yet. 

Just like riding a bike.

Exceptional remaster of already great games. What a nice experience to go back and play these classics with modern graphics and gaming sensibilities.
