BasicC game prototype. Ultimately, there will be a motorcycle and a kart track added,  changed graphics and controls.

We steer the red car with left+right arrows, we race with the green car. 2nd player - LCtrl + LAlt. Both keys at once - gas. Or joystick/wheel...

Additional keys during the game:

W: change view
1-9: number of laps
C: 2. players
K: 1. player+computer
D: double view
P: level pro/amateur

In the terminal, among others FPS is given, please let me know if it is clearly different from 60.
