The Game is a nice Idea and I thought I would have Fun with my Son. But the Controls are incredibly bad! This is really unplayable. Unintuitive and unnecessarily awkward. Even simple Things about Building a Road are an eternal Fumbling. Definitely NOT buy!

Train Town is only suitable for children aged between 2 and 4 years. They are the ones who will Have fun as crazy to see their little train crashing into the air blowing up most of the path they built or among many to unload. In the editor The major difficulty lies in positioning the rails but it is an almost automatic process as soon as it is started to click even randomly with the mouse. My 3 year old son loved it and gave us nice and carefree moments together. You can only adjust the speed of the train that you choose, build or beautify the path and the rest of the time you pass it to look like the whole is destroyed by the train itself. I Must say that at the beginning the fun is assured but as soon as you see and tested the library of objects in the game, everything will become repetitive in a few hours, losing interest to even the youngest. Without too many pretensions is a cute and recommended game to the youngest. Absolutely not recommended to the older ones.

Bab bought it for my 4-year-old. On Windows absolutely ok for this Age group. Really managed to Get started in more than the simplest Children's games. He loves to build Railways and Landscapes himself and then run Trains or scrap:). But Since he has an Android Tab, I also bought it for Andtroid. The Game is still OK, but for this Age Group I find the method there from because of "free" And then look with InGame purchases or but advertisements (for 3-6 Year olds!?!) or install Other Games (and not exactly child-friendly!) for Unlocking the Objects for This Age Group is a Cheekiness! Once he bought everything so that there is Peace and quiet, then go. But also to lock the Shop on Android I had to do with separate Program ... (That's why the short Steam Game time ...) So clearly: Windows great. Eimal purchased And no Ads or In app Purchases. All OK. Android: "Free" a Lie (as so often) and in Game Advertisements and Installation Prompts outrageous for this Age group. Only recommended if you are a) willing to pay and b) knows how to lock the Shop and c) the Child does what you tell him--> does not use the Shop/advertising Buttons ... Otherwise, you have a tablet coated with Apps within a very short Time and a pubed Account depending on the Shop settings! (There should be a nice Lawyer To sue Google for Youth Protection and Rip-offs of Mider-year-olds ...)
