Transformations

Transformations is an interactive experience bringing together poetry and virtual space. Produced in collaboration with three poets, the piece manifests as a series of three interactive vignettes. Like early experimental animations now known as “visual music” that translate meaning from music to visual art, Transformations translates meaning from poetry to virtual space. Each vignette acts as a translation from the written poetry to digital space and is meant to transport the viewer into the visual world of the poem. All three vignettes touch upon different aspects of a common theme: transformation and change.
