trouble in traffic town

This is a game created at codeday 2017. I am uploading it now because I never did then and it is fairly complete:)

Click the stop signs to toggle the lights, and try to avoid jams with too many cars on screen!

The game has android touch support but I don't have APK up right now because I don't have a JDK to compile it as I recently reset my PC and don't want to download it right now. If anyone wants a android build however, I'd be happy to put one up.
