Early Access Review In Steam seen on the Home Page, purchased directly! Even at the Start Of the game, the Tears Came to me, that Nostalgia factor was just too strong. I played TY at the XBOX Classic back then, with the good old Klopper from Gamepad, unpleasant But earlier that was great! TY the Tasmanian Tiger is a Platformer, the Game principle is likely to be described relatively simply with "Mario 64-like." A big Focus of the Game is the Collecting Tasks, and there are enormous numbers of that. The Overworld is divided into 3 "Segments," each of which compels 3 Levels. In each Level, 8 Tasks have to be completed, each of which is rewarded with an Amulet Stone (English: "Eggs"). In which Order you go to the Tasks is up to you. To get to the next Segment, you need a certain Number of these Amulet stones, but you don't have to collect all The collecting to get a priority in the Game. Since the Levels are peppered with Enemies, you must of course also be able to fight back. According to An Australian Cliché, you get pressed a Boomerang in your Hand, which you can hurl your Enemies in the Face. And you'll get a lot more unique Boomerels for Collecting the Amulet stones and Gears. For Amulet stones there is the elementary rank, which you also need to get into new Segments, among other things, since these are (quite coincidentally) always blocked with something, which can be destroyed with a suitable elementary rank. For the Gears you get the "techno ranks," these are unique Boomerises, all of Which have a uniquely cool Function. Be surprised, it's worth collecting! The Difficulty of the Game is very simple, which could undercut some "Hardcore Gamers" somewhat. However, this makes it easily accessible to everyone and also suitable for Children. Sometimes something relaxing for in between, I like to assume. Graphically, the Game has aged very well, and still looks very handsome in the Original Version. Clearly some Models are a bit unclean shaped, clearly some Textures are mushy, but at least with the second one the Developer still wants to fix. Not only for old Fans of the Game, which was Originally published on September 10, 2002, the PC Port is likely to become a Nostalgic Emotional Ride. Even those who can't do anything with TY, I would like to recommend the Game. Clear Recommendation! Info: This Review refers to the 2nd Patch, so another very early Version of the Game! I Played with the Steam Controller, which works natively with the Game. I had not turned on any Graphic Effects, as they did not tell me. I finished the Game at 100% (Except Hidden Pictures, As there was not the new Counter there yet).
