I would like to recommend this game, for it is a nice and good feeling bussiness tycoon. If you can play it. Back in time i owned it and played it many hours, yet the steam version isn´t stable, crashes often. So often, that you litterally can´t play the game.

What I don't find Great is that you get a lot of Buildings at the Beginning and you always have to upgrade everything. Epending Takes forever. It would be much better if you didn't own any Buildings at all in the Beginning, and didn't give the stuff with the Appreciation at All.

This game is great for people who have fun playing at retro city construction streets and some buildings are predetermined. ACTION: With users with widows vista/7/8/10 there are compatibility problems the Game may crash after some time or npc will be Partially or garnamless in sequences game Nevertheless running liquid out in the ladescriens since there may be FPS slumps. FRECHHEIT to put this Game back up for Sale (it wasn't available in the Steam Store in between)! The Game itself is great, the Idea is really good. One of these Classics that would need a New Edition. At least that's true of the CD version. The Steam version is bugbeg, many Textures are missing, crashes on the running Tape, about every 45 Minutes. It'S a shame, actually. Make Sure you have a retail version of this Game on Ebay and Co.

First Of all: If you expect a perfect Game with chic Graphics and state-of-the-art Technology, you're wrong here. But that's not important to this Game. The first time I saw a Let's Play of This Game, it immediately appealed to me. Despite the rather cheat graphics and a stately Age, I was able to identify directly with the Game. Because the Game principle is simple and awesome: The Goal is to become the largest Real estate shark in all of New York City. Starting in Greenwich Village, you have to fill every Borough with its Shops and the Branches of its Chains until breaking. That in itself would be boring, but as always the case here: Competition revives business. Those who do not adequately equip their Stores and other Properties quickly escape their customers to the Competition. After all, it is fies and cunning, also likes to build a similar Business right next to your own. Overall, the Game is still unbleborn for a long Time always exciting and if you don't stay on the Ball, you will be overrun by others. So the Game has given me many Hours of Fun and I would like to urge anyone who can get excited about Games of this Kind.
