Unending Galaxy reviews

Actually, the Concept is good, the Game is also quite fun as far as possible, unfortunately it has some uncharming Disadvantages:-error Popups regularly appear and you can kill the Game (E.g. Address Violation when scrolling over the Map)-The Charging process (start) For such a Game even from SSD takes a disproportionately long time ... Much bigger Games load with me really fast, this here ...-The Storage Process takes quite a long time, is ok, because a lot of Sectors and everything needs to be saved. If it were to crash less frequently, then I would also put Autosave on a longer Interval and would probably have no Problem with it ...-In the ~ 18 Hours of Play I had (not counted exactly) ca. 40 Crashes of the Game, which was on Average (in fact, it's very random ...) every half hour. Sometimes you can play through 2 Hours without a problem, then there are 3 crashes in half an Hour ... In Short: I would really like to recommend the Game because I like it. But there has to be significantly more Quality Assurance and since it is not an Early Access Title I actually expect a certain Quality Assurance. If it is sold as AN EA, then I will go with other Expectations, or do not buy it yet, but a finished Game that is so broken ...

Oddly Enough, Unending Galaxy Managed To stay under my Wheel for just under two Years. The Game very skillfully links some of my Favorite Genres. A really entertaining Space Build-up simulation-basically X series in 2D-combined with brisk Space combat a la Space Rangers. The only average Overall Rating here on Steam does not, in my Opinion, live up to the Title. Two Things are denounced most: For one Bug and frequent Crashes. However, I have not been able to detect the same thing after About 10 Hours of Play. I haven't had a Crash so far. These Have probably been fixed a long time ago. On the other hand, it is criticized that Unending Galaxy is not exactly Entry-level Friendly. Yes, that may be true. Even the Interface is not quite as coherent. But when You New into the X-Series, some Brain Lard and Tenacity are required at first. By The Way, rejections to Egosoft's X-Series are not only purely random, but quite desired. According to the Developer's own Information, the developer himself comes from the X-Modding Scene. The graphic Design is quite respectable. The Universe is full of Life and the Factions seem to be really dynamic in Motion. Almost everything you know and expect from a Space simulation is possible for the Player. Acting, Fighting and Miners, as well as setting Up Fleets, Building Shipyards and Factories, and to establishing your own factional/nation. Only the Sound Effects could be better. But Since two Years have already been released, I spare myself-and – longer review-I spare you and recommend that every sci-fi fan buy the Part without further Ado. At the Price, it's a no-brainer for Gene Relief Lovers anyway.
