Velvet Garden
About
Every year, creatures from all around the Earth get pulled into a Velvet Garden.
Basic mechanics:
Play cards from your hand and attack your opponent with your units. Both attacking and placing units consumes AP (Action Points). All units attack the first enemy they see in a straight line, if there is no enemies in a column they will attack your opponent instead. The goal is to drop your opponent's HP down to 0.
Cards:
All cards have 4 attributes:
- HP - Health Points
- AP - Action Points that get consumed when a card is played
- DP - Damage Points
- CD - Initial cooldown of a unit when it gets placed
Units:
All units have 3 attributes:
- HP - Current Health Points of a unit (Upper-left number)
- DP - Damage that this unit will deal on attack. Attacking consumes AP equal to the amount of DP and puts the unit in cooldown. (Lower-left number)
- CD - Cooldown. Turns until this unit can attack. (Overhead number)

- Next Unit - Shift (manual deckbuilding)
- Random Deck - Z (manual deckbuilding)

- View info about unit/card - Space
- Skip turn - Shift
- Misc:
- Pressing Shift+Space will turn on/off BGM
Deck Building:
There are 4 factions in this game: Velvet, Silk, Cotton, Jacquad. Each faction has 3 cards - small, medium and big.
There are rules to manual deckbuilding. There can only be a certain amount of same cards in your deck: x4 small cards, x3 medium cards, x2 big cards. These rules dont apply to unlim. deck
Settings:
Settings allow you to change palette, units' attack speed, turn on/off background music and effects.
Opponent:
Your opponent can be player or AI controlled, this can be switched in arcade options. AI Opponent always builds his own deck and you are unable to change it.
