Victoriana: Crime & Justice

Eliminate your enemy kingpin to win the game.  Libraries provide research to find and recruit aid to your side of the fight!

This is the first playable build.  Character stats haven't been balanced--they're very nearly random at this point.  Graphic assets mostly made of, or built from, public domain illustrations and may change (e.g., a last minute change was from Marksman to Sharpshooter when I found a photo of a woman with a rifle and turned it into a sprite; allowed for a little better gender balance and non-gendered language).

Later versions will have a start menu, story/flavor text, music/sound controls, credits, and probably additional pieces (medic, trainer, etc.)
