Viking's Remorse

Erik the Viking loses his throwing axes during every battle. But he wants them back, and to resurrect his slain foes. Help in this short puzzle game to retrieve all of Erik's axes and revive his old enemies.

Please note, there is a random bug that appears on level 2 where an axe disappears before the level start. It never happened during play testing, only for some others after submissions closed (Murphy's law?), so it never had a chance to get fixed.
