ViralBytez, Shoot The Computer Core!

Controls:

WASD Movement

Spacebar - Shoot 

Don't touch the firewall (orange barrier) or the flying antiviruses, they will end your corruption!

Shoot the firewall to gain points, and shoot the core to destroy the system. Beware! The more cores you corrupt, the faster the antiviruses get!

Developer's note: I made this for Mini Jam 78: Bugs. 'You are the Bad Guy' was the limitation, so I made a game about being a computer virus eating away at the core system. The game itself is a simple shooter, where you dodge enemies and destroy blocks.  Initially I tried developing this in PICO-8, but after running into some issues and time running low, I settled for Game Maker to get a finished project working.
