VR Man: An 8-Bit Adventure

VR Man pays homage to the Singapore TV show of the same name and is influenced by games like Mario Bros., Double Dragon and Ninja Gaiden. 

The town is overrun by evil ninjas. The  ninjas are laying siege to the police station. VR Man needs to fight his way through the hoards of ninjas to save the officers.

Without the power of VR, the hero is mild mannered Alex. Don't dare take on the ninjas as Alex.

This is a game that I made in a week for an assignment in COMP 369: Practical Game Programming from Athabasca University. I made it with C++ and Allegro 4.4.2.
