Approved: Film in locations approved by controlling entity, will reflect on the controlling group positively.

Secret: Will try to film in areas deemed restricted, will reflect badly on the controlling group.

Risk

Determines how long you will stay in a dangerous place before leaving. Higher risk produces more footage.

Bribe/Fixer

Increases possibilities for finding interesting footage or to avoid danger.
