Pay to win.
If somebody owns supply cards you can buy for money there is no chance to win against him, as you can easily multiply output of heavy units, kill half an army or get more units with supply cards.
Getting these by playing alone takes ages and a lot of losing and losing and losing... and you get most of premium currency just by winning of course.
It's just too obvious your skill doesn't matter at all when you just open your wallet.
And as russian and american units are basically the same, there isn't a lot of variety on the battlefield, too.

Early access review despite various bugs in launching the tutorial I had to run the game about 3 times to finish it. Otherwise the concept remains interesting to create its small Russian or American army. We can customize the units camouflage, weapon, equipment etc. The gameplay remains simple the coverage system is pretty well done we select the cover areas so that the units that sorts the base will put in the cover position automatically. The sound of the weapons is pretty good. And a support card system to be created to send artillery fire or repair for the armored, minefield and other.
Free games with potential.

This is a good game. It is not pay to win at all like most of the bad reviews says. They're mostly made by people who vagely got the game in their hands and found it has some pay to win aspects, but in the long term, it really doesn't. I started playing yesterday and I already have pretty good cards. I could open 4 supply crates using only quest rewards and daily quests rewards too. You have a gold bonus every 3 PvP game you win and you have also some daily bonuses that you can grab that can easily get you 1-2 crate a day. By opening those four crates I could grab a pair of an insane card that allows me to get 3 legendary cards in my hand... IT IS NOT PAY TO WIN AT ALL. Money will just make progression faster, but it is fast aswell without putting money into it.

Pay2win?? No! Pay2be faster? Yes. Otherwise you can play In Practice fashion against Ki (the only Drawback: You come slower ahead but you come ahead) This Game is the absolute Strategy hammer in my Eyes. Not played such a thing for a long time.
I've fought 30 pvp Fights so far and only lost a single one. Did I put Money in? No.
This Game requires you to think when to do what, which cards and which Units you use and which you don't. Which Covers make Sense and when More? Extreme Depth even when it comes to how to mix your 20 Support Cards. Everything you mob up also brings Disadvantages. So much for pay2win. I have to say that MAn is already quite well served with the Standard units.
Urgent Tip: If you have a hard time in The PvP or are not into pvp, you can just stay in Practice fashion and if you finish Experts Ki loosely then the pvp is also ready.
