Today I'm going to talk a little about this game that I've been playing for a while and that is called Warhammer 40.000: Armageddon – Da Orks. It Is A turn-based strategy game very similar to the legendary Panzer General (in terms of game style) in which you command the Orkas forces against the Empire and the Space Marines. The game has a tutorial where you teach the different troops, against which are more effective, the attributes of each of them and even as they affect the different terrain to combat.
The Tutorial is worth playing because it allows you to get an idea of the game, I skipped it the first time and did not understand too much as it was. I'm Not saying it's imperative but I found it very useful. I receded and I did it, it did not seem long and allowed me to immerse myself with guarantees within the game.
The terrain is divided into hexagons to reflect the various places you can move the troops depending on their movement. The maps are well detailed and diverse (Jungle, Desert, Demolished, etc...) recreating with it the conditions that are given of the universe of Warhammer 40K. It Is A strategy game and everything counts, for them the different units have attributes such as precision, armouring, etc... and land offers restrictions on movement and/or allow some areas such as mountains can allow defense or bonuses to certain units.

In fact, so much variety can end up making some Of them step on each other but I haven't gotten that far.
The game itself is a campaign divided into 3 acts with 18 scenarios in total. In The campaign parties with an initial group of units and you are expanding and improving through the points you are getting. With them you will be able To buy new units, improve existing units and also your equipment.
I played a few scenarios and frankly, I do not know if it is not my style of play or what, but I found it difficult I lost several times and was playing in Normal, not Difficult.

I leave the features I have taken from the website of the game: Great campaign divided into 3 acts and 18 different scenarios, centered on the Second War by Armageddon from the perspective Orka. Any scenario can also be played individually a tutorial campaign that shows the coming to power of Ghazghkull Thraka Fighting alongside Ghazghkull Thraka, Mad Dok Grotsnik and other legends of war Leads from battle in battle to tanned veterans in Fierce fighting, using his experience and improving his team and Detailed weapon combat model with 20 different statistics, terrain, hedging, morale Combat through hostile volcanic ash debris, cannons, treacherous polluted rivers Acid, dense jungles and the outside and inside of the Mastodónticas hive cities.

2016-10-23 -19 _ 08_38-Warhammer-40000-Armageddon What did I look like?
I Have to say that is not my style of play, was not the Panzer General and therefore this is not. I like Warhammer 40K and that has attracted me to play it with some interest, but it is not the kind of strategy that I personally look for. In my opinion is not a game for the big public but it is clear that it has its audience.
The game itself meets, the possibilities are high, the units have seemed very nice, the game despite not shining visually fulfills its role, and the voices and sounds are more than correct. I Think it's a game for a particular type of people, for someone who adores strategy games, but also like to break their heads well with the units they need to play and want a high difficulty as stimulating.
