WARIO WORKS OUT WITH WEIGHTS
Wario is on an adventure to be the strongest he can be. Lift weights that are shown on the poses on the top right. There are 8 buttons. Q,W,E,A,S,D,Z,X.
Q is for bicep, W is for tricep, E is for shoulder press, A is for bench, S is for plank, D is for pullup, Z is for squat, X is for deadlift. Press these correct buttons to jump your weight. Also, press the arrow buttons that appear to jump your weight. Make sure your weigh is above failure and your Wario is at max lift to gain a rep point.
Make sure Wario in the top left does not get completely red, or you'll be injured. He cools down when not pressing the muscle button.
Press enter to start the game. Press any of the other buttons to start the selected lift in the weight room.
Press R to exit a lift at any time.
