Complete the second Ballista and promote an engineering prefect. The Legion is capable of projecting a terrifying amount of force.

Recruit the 6th Engineering squad. The incoming hail of long range bolts are enough to terrorize any barbarian force.

Recruit and promote all units in the Cohors Amicorum. Literally, "a group of friends," this detachment consists of the Legion's highest ranking officers and noblemen, who accompany the Legate in combat as bodyguards and in camp as advisors.
