Avoid the bats, of course, but you also have to watch out for the stalagmites that are building in your path. Shoot the bats for points. Shoot the stalctite drips to prevent the build up on the ground.

Powerups include a bomb to remove the stalagmites and more bullets for a 10 second blast of extra fire power.
