Which Witch Hat

Which witch is which and which witch's witch hat switch will win?

In an old magical library four witches are arguing about the amount of lizard bile use in a love potion. Obviously the only way to settle such an important disagreement is a battle to the death! Which witch will prove to wear the biggest hat?

Game mechanics:

Four player local brawl.

Witches locked in a room battle until only one is alive by shooting star spells at each other. Pick up a sandwich to swap hat colour with the next player you shoot. Pick up a potion to make all hats the same colour next time you shoot anyone.
