White Night reviews

Product received for free Artistic Valuable, playfully cut through White Night is a Game that thrives primarily on its artistic Aspiration. The distinctive graphic Presentation is definitely the linchpin of the Game and has also been wisely cleverly integrated into the Gameplay. In its view, it's just an above-average survival horror game on the Basic basis of old retro classics and nice lighting game systems. Due to the appealing black and white graphics in noir comic style, the Title is raised to the next level of Quality. Thus, White Night is a good Example of how an average Game can be much more than it actually is, thanks to a successful, memorable presentation. If you like the Aesthetics, you are welcome to access it. Away from that, however, there are many better Genre representatives. Pro and Kontra:-the entire Game Spreads this special "artistically valuable" attitude-unmistakable Graphic Style in a black and white noir comic look-interesting gameplay elements (match management and generally the Use of Light sources) Neutral:-motivating Action, which for some but probably is based too much on text-heavy Document entries-the Basic Structure of the Gameplay is strongly based on old Classics, which may seem like "Retro" for some younger Players. Kontra:-there are a few unnecessarily frustrating Game passages (Spaces brimming with Ghosts, the unnecessarily cryptic Closing Puzzle)-the Game isn't really creepy-there's only one Saveslot and you depend on Memory points The full Review: http://www.gamecontrast.de/white-night-review/#more-61659

Overall, I found the Game quite nicely done and very effective. The black and white Contrast contributes a lot to the Mood, as well as the well-set Sound effects and the Music. It will create an Atmosphere of constant Stress and Horror That will keep the Player at the Pole and fulfill the actual Purpose of the Game. If you like to greuse yourself, the Game is definitely recommended. The Puzzles are quite intuitive and not overly heavy, so you feel entertained by them, but not disturbed in the Mood. What there is to be suspended about the Game is, unfortunately, the Playing Time. Even at the first Play, White Night offers a maximum Playing Time of 15-18 Hours, and only if you take a lot of Time, look at everything very closely and revel in the atmospheric Atmosphere. If you just play through it, I estimate the Game time to 8-10 Hours. My second Run took just under 3 Hours to complete the remaining missing Steam successes. Overall, very little game Content, but this is made up for by the good Story and the intense Flair. To keep you busy for a Weekend, though, it's definitely enough. A second Weak point is the spongy control, which, coupled with the strange Changes of perspective of the camera, makes the Action Scenes of the Game Very frustrating, as you usually need more than 5 Attempts to overcome the Scenes. I found the Control with the Keyboard to be very strenuous and would definitely recommend playing the Game with a Controller in case you have the Option of doing so. All in all, the Game is recommended for an Adventure over the Weekend or as a Mini Name for in Between. For horror and Puzzle Fans, it's definitely worthwhile and worth considering, even if it's a brief Treat.
