About

White Pearl is a free RPG made using RPGMaker VXAce, with the Luna Engine add-on (to assist with customising the engine further), created by indie developer Harry Gill. The game's story revolves around destroying a cycle of cataclysmic events of the world, known as Dark Eras, which change/rebirth the world after each Era. The protagonist, Pearlto, is given the White Pearl to end the Priori, and stop the cycle. White Pearl features a turn-based battle system where players utilise skills with various effects with cooldowns and charge times. Players must also utilise enemy elemental weaknesses and debuffs/buffs to their advantages. White Pearl's gameplay also involves side quests and side content, and a crafting system.

White Pearl reviews and comments

I saw it had a lot of bugs at first and I was going to play it when it first released but never got around to it. Now that I started it at the end of 2019, the game seems to have received a lot of support and updates by the developer, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the experience was for an RPGMaker game. It doesn't push boundaries and, at times, I thought it was rather boring - but the quality of the game really picks up the more you play. The story is actually really good and the amount of stuff to do in this game is huge. Worth so much more than being free. Music is great too, wow. If you want a classic RPG experience and have hours to sink, look no further. This is probably one of the best free RPGMaker games around if you look past some shortcomings. Keeping an eye on this guy in the future

The first 40 minutes to play will not give! A million scenes, tons of dialogues, and when it seemed to be over-there is still 1 character and all the new. In the description of the game say that it is an ekshen, daaaa, apparently read a bunch of dialogues and watch the scenes of Laura it is according to the developers and there is an ekshen, here is a drive, what adrenaline, pancake. It is worth talking about the standard management in such games, which is taught for another 10 minutes, and can not be missed.

As always, all RPG Maker games have to be examined with several criteria:-History: Mediocre, I would say, is neither bad nor good. -Gameplay: It Is Quite simple, in this section is not that we present some impressive scripts. -Soundtrack: It Is Good, I wonder if it is original or not, because I think it reminds of some FF. -Interface: The interface is pretty solid, except for a couple of aspects like the groups of objects and missing the Quest log. -Scenarios: Are the sample, and that is somewhat poor. -Transition of scenes, dialogues, etc... We Have to polish a lot, but we go a lot. I Do Not recommend playing, the game may be fine, for that has a solid scripts but before playing I would expect a patch by the author to enjoy the game much more polished.
