Wimp: Who Stole My Pants (abbreviated as WWSMP from HERE) is a very good Platformer With many Puzzle elements. You play Wimp, a small, green, Toast-shaped figure who stole his Underpants. So you embark on a great Adventure to get all your Underpants, but also Toilet paper rolls, back. There are four Worlds, each with 15-20 Levels and a Bossfight. In every World, new Game Mechanics seem to be added, making the WWSMP more and more complex over Time. To get to the next World, you need a certain Number of Toilet Paper Rolls that you can collect in the Levels-but You can only ever be reached with a lot Of Thought. Detailed Review WWSMP IS really a lot of Fun and can get tricky quickly. The Entry is very easy, as the Tutorial into the Levels was very well installed by short Infoblases that appear in the Background-in Addition, the Game Mechanics in it are explained by Pictures instead of text. The standard control is good, but it can be adjusted if you don't like it. There is probably controller support, but I couldn't test it for this Review because I don't have a Controller on Hand. The Graphics are very good, the Game is nicely designed, and the Animations look good. The Music is good, but can be repeated a little too often in the Long run. The Sounds are apt and sound good. Both the music and Sound Volume is adjustable. The Levels are very well designed, and the Puzzles you have to solve to get to the Toilet paper rolls are sometimes very tricky. As more and more game Mechanics are added over time, the Puzzles are getting heavier And heavier. The Number of Levels is very good with around 70 Levels. If a Level is too heavy, you can skip it over the "Skip Level" button, but you don't get any Tapping Paper rolls for the Level. The little Prehistory shown at the Beginning of the Game is cute animated, but has no greater Meaning and is therefore not important for The fun of the Game. In the Version I tested, there were smaller Bugs, but they could be eradicated by a short Level Restart (Example: Boss is stuck at one Point). In general, WWSMP is a lot of Fun. The many Steam achievements you can get motivate the Player to continue playing even more. Pro Very Good, Cute Graphic Relaxed, Good Music Matching Sounds Simple Control Control is customizable Controller support Many Steam Achievements Very good Level design Very good level design Tricky puzzles around 70 Level Good Difficulty Enhancement (To Start are the Puzzles Still simple, later they become more and more complex) with the Course of the Game There are more and more new Game mechanics Easy entry Thanks to well-built-in Tutorials 3 different Levels of difficulty (Adventure = Normal; Hardcore = Only 1 Life in each Level; Time Travel = With Time Limit) Neutral No German Translation (English Only) Contra music repeats itself somewhat too often Just a Storage Space conclusion Wimp: Who Stole My Pants is a really fun Platformer With many Puzzle elements. The Puzzles that need to be solved in the Game become trickier and tricky Over Time as there are more and more Game Mechanics as the Game progresses. The Graphics are really cute and the Music as well as the Sound fit the Game very well. My absoulute Recommendation to anyone looking for a fun, tricky Platformer.
