Windows Poop Edition 5

NOTE: Windows PE 5 is currently in beta. Features are subject to change, and there may be some bugs. (oh wait, its Windows Poop Edition, of course there's gonna be bugs...)

Windows Poop Edition 5 is yet another release in CrapOS's never-ending Windows PE product line. It includes many new and exciting* features, such as:

• Files on the desktop!
• Improved(?) filesystem UI!
• A functioning Chat application! Communicate with fellow Windows PE users in real time!
• Looks different from Windows PE 4!

(NOTE: The features listed above are subject to change, as Windows PE 5 is still in beta.)
