With You (Kalcifer)

'With You' is a sequel to a previous game I did called 'No choice'. It's a short narrative game that uses images to try express the story itself.

Although I finished this game, I dont feel I achieved what I had set out to do with this particular story. Something about it made me really uncomfortable. I wasn't sure if I was making a game purely because I had too or if I wanted too. I started this semester with a personal game and wanted to finish on one. This one in particular I wanted to try show contrast between the two characters yet the more I thought about the narrative around it, the harder it became as I felt ( I know) both characters have struggled and continued to deal with struggling. In the end I used the tree's they were detached from the characters but linked all the same and I felt it was the only way I could show a contrast within how they perceive the world....
