Without Within 2 reviews

I really wanted to recommend this story, but not only did this sequel disappoint me compared to Without Within 1, it's also linear (no choice, only one ending), and I finished it in 45 minutes (the rest of the time was for the cards). Much too short for its price. I like linear stories, but when they're interesting, and Without Within 2 isn't one of them. I think its the "touristic" aspect that turned me off.

Without Within 2 is like Part 1 a short VN with a slice of life story i realy like. Vinty is a char that feels right and understandle. The story is about her venturing throught Melbourne and her encounter with her idole. I like how it feels and how new elements are being use such as Youtube. One thing i missed from part 1 was the chance to make choices but that wont go with the story i thing. The music is as always good and soothing for me that is. I like the VN and everyone who didnt played it yet, get part 1 and see for yourself

too short and does not relateth much: half of the VN revolves around a trip to meltbourn rather empty, and the rest lasts only thirty lines of dialogue if not less. The surprising end is so badly introduced that it is almost sad. Finally, if for free it could have been déscent, with these 5 sprites drowned in pictures with drawing effects, paying it is far from being. for €5 you can find 100x better now (free to start the VN I would advise "her lie I tryed to believe").

Small sweet Visual Novel. Most Novels on Steam are in English, so it's no Problem to follow if you can English. I've come to terms quite well with it on the fastest Speed of Text and Automatic To read this. By the Way, this Visual Novel has no Choices to change the Story! Visual Novels are basically not Games. More it's a Kind of Manga with moving Images. Partly with Dubs or like here only with Sounds and Music. I like the Variety very much, Maybe you too. Anyone who does not read is lying (or has no Buck on it) or cannot follow the English language very well is totally wrong with these games. So for everyone else a Thumbs up, and grade in the Sale for 2.50 it's definitely worthwhile. (Little Tip: The Collectible cards average 40-50 Cents and you get 5 Pieces, ergo almost for free)

The Game is crazy short, and not really the Money Value what you pay for it. Short nice little Story where you leave only a lot of Text, not a particularly exciting Story, or with a lot of Plot, it leaves like a Story of an everyday Life, which resembles a Routine. Relaxing to read yes, particularly challenging? No. Too Much Text, in the Demo you baited one so that you could make Decisions, they were taken completely, hardly that you bought the Game. Seriously what's the point? I certainly no longer pay for such a short Game where you have zero Interaction Possibilities, and can influence absolutely nothing, this is not a Game but almost more like you are paying for an eternally long Monologue where you can only pass as a passive Spectator. It's right from where the Game comes from, it's unfortunately just pure mediocrity, If I knew that you're not allowed to decide absolutely anything yourself in the game, zero can interact with Counter-terrain/people etc, I would never have settled on this extremely short game. Unfortunately, it is nice, but it is not more so.
