Wonder Jam

Submission for the "GGJ + Core Holiday Jam". Built using the Godot game engine.
NOTE: No boss fight yet - Soon though...along with several other things.
NOTE 2: The players hitbox does not include the cloud or his hat. I will probably change this to just shrink the player a little bit in the next release.
- Movement: Arrow keys or W,A,S,D
- Interact: Up arrow or W
- Shoot: Space bar
- Bomb: B, E, Q, or Shift
- Walk around the inside and outside of this sleepy wizard's house and marvel at my wife's dope cartooning skills
- Interact with the map on the right of the fireplace to select a song
- Current supports MP3, OGG, and WAV files only
- The chalkboard of recent songs will eventually be interactible but is not yet
- Leave the house when the song is loaded to battle a bunch of flame enemies and keep the winter wonderland safe from fire!
- Get the multiplier to x100 and it'll bounce to the beat
- Enemies spawn based on audio analysis
- Flight speed and laser pulsing is based on realtime BPM guessing (super advanced API...jk lol but it's alright)
- Sometimes you will not be brought back to the house after a song completes. Unfortunately you will need to close the game and re-open.
- MAC OSX and Linux support following more testing
- An actual boss fight
- More powerups
- More weapons
- More enemies
- More things that happen "to the beat"
- Improvements to BPM detection to be more consistent
- More areas to fly through
- Beat-timing-related ability (not sure what this will be yet)
- Web and mobile support
- Tons more stuff in the works...
