Woop is Cloudy's younger sister. Her father is a demon and her mother is an angel, and each of the two sisters are to one side, Woop is Happy and sweet like her mother, but visually she is much more like her father. While Cloudy has an algelic appearance like her mother, but she is evil and perverse. When her parents are present, Cloudy behaves like an angel, but when her parents aren't around she has fun making a woop life hell, trapping woop in her cute universe and using her cute powers for evil.
