Wordament reviews

Implementation and handling good. No bugs for me. So far I had no fantasies ... but also older words in different times bw. declined, so that they may not be common to everyone. Some words he does not really (rarely) and with the "new" spelling the app sometimes hard. I still enjoy it, especially because you can play in other languages.

04-12-2018: you can multiplay again in the Dutch language. Sadly enough the layout is bad, the characters / letters and board are small and there are ads 30-11-2018: unfortunately Microsoft has made this game useless by suddenly giving it a very childish character with a stupid background music. Competition with other players and history has disappeared. I'm going to delete this game. Too bad they did this

While I loved the original version of Wordament, the new version has became far less playable. There are some new features, they are maybe fun for 1-player gamers. The multiplayer option became horribly slow. The new version offers few choices in terms of adjusting color/contrast compared with the old version. In summary, on the iPhone X the slowness of the UI makes it frustrating to play in comparsion with the excellent version that is now unavailable.

This used to be the quickest, funniest, happiest gameplay with words. There used to be support for a ton of languages; now theres only a handful why where they dropped? As a Dane, its not possible to beat those who have an english mothertongue. Its much more fun to beat fellow danes. And suddenly, the game is wrecked with commercials, bings and bongs and all sorts of delays. Bring the old wordament game back that was not updated in the last three years, please!

I really appreciate that Wordament has been reworked, especially the singleplayer mode I used to miss. However, I do not understand some design decisions. For example. What should advertising do when there is not even a paid version to remove them. Furthermore, I also think that everything now seems overloaded with all the unnecessary animation and graphics. It is a pity that all statistics of the previous version were deleted. You could at least save it. I hope in the future, the advertising will be removed, or I introduced a once-paid version.
