What Is Xtreme Spotlight?

• Xtreme Spotlight is a 3D AI-based simulation game. In Xtreme Spotlight, the player will be spectating AI agents that are either tasked with hiding from seeking agents, or seeking hiding agents. The player is able to seamlessly switch between what AI agent they are looking at and can see what their name is, as well as what their behaviour is out of the seeker or hider behaviour.
• Xtreme Spotlight is set in a procedurally generated forest that is surrounded by procedurally generated trees that the Hider agents can hide behind.

The Player In Xtreme Spotlight

• In Xtreme Spotlight, the player is an observer of the simulation. The player is able to view all of the AI agents within the world and see what their name is and whether they are a Seeker or Hider agent.

AI Agents

• There are two types of AI agents, Seeker and Hiders.
• Behaviours for Hiders include:
  • Finding hiding spots
  • Avoiding Seekers
  • Finding hiding spots close to them
• Behaviours for Seekers include:
  • Searching areas where Hiders will be
  • Finding hiders and chasing them down
  • Searching last known area where they saw a hider
