Yahtzee VS Chess!

Yahtzee Vs Chess is a project designed for the GMTK2022 Game Jam. 

Use WASD to roll the dice, and press space to record the score shown on the dice at the time. 

Enemy chess pieces will spawn on the board, click them with the mouse to target them. Don't be fooled by the easy start! The longer you survive, tougher enemies will spawn in greater amounts.

When you have 5 recorded scores the selected enemy will receive damage, based on the Yahtzee score of your total (see below):

Combos:

3 Of A Kind - 3/5 of the scores are the same number - Deals the total dice score in Damage

4 Of A Kind - 4/5 of the scores are the same number - Deals the total dice score in Damage

Yahtzee! - 5/5 of the scores are the same number - Deals 50 Damage

Full House -  2 of one number and 3 of another - Deals 25 Damage

Small Straight - Any 4 consecutive numbers - Deals 30 Damage

Large Straight - Any 5 consecutive numbers - Deals 40 damage

Once the GMTK 2022 Rankings are released, this project will be updated with bug fixes and additional features such as points for defeating enemies, a leaderboard of highscores and some minor tweaks.
