When it's time to play as a child, you were studying; when it's time to date as a teenager, you were studying.
Because of the amount of scholarship offered, you chose a relatively ordinary university; because of your not-so-sophisticated ideals, you went all the way to a Ph.D.
To lighten your family's burden, you've worked as a TA, random paid-by-the-hour job, and cashier. You've done other people's assignment and attended some kid's parents' meeting for some pay.
You had a procrastinative Ph.D. mentor and two interesting colleagues. One of them broke your equipment; the other graduated with research data borrowed from you.
After these destructive events, you went back to your work station and stayed. Finally you got your results.
You produced a dissertation good enough for Science, and handed it to your mentor with absolute joy.
Your mentor kept your dissertation for nine months.
Under pressure, you kept working unrequitedly.
You waded through a breakup, loss of a family member, wedding of a childhood friend, and IPO of a friend's company.
Your cousin, six years younger than you, had a baby when you started your Ph.D. Now her kid is old enough to sell girl scout cookies, and you're still here, waiting for an elusive diploma.
Maybe your luck did an one-eighty, or maybe your mentor had a moral epiphany. He handed the dissertation back to you, untouched, and told you it's ready for publishing.
That magnificent summer, you finally managed to graduate.
At that fateful moment, you suddenly remembered your life-long dream.
You still wanted to be a scientist.
Thanks to that untouched dissertation, you got into a research institution.

Another Scientist Dog-a short but very good cross, Tamomichi with a time manager, about the harsh everyday life of scientists. Plot. The Story is autobiographical and based on the life of the developer of the game itself. The story tells us the story of the life of a young dog-scientist, who with great strain was able to get a job in the lab, but instead of the pleasure of research, faced with a bunch of problems, ranging from the hated boss, who assigns himself Research results to interruptions with electricity and budget cuts. Despite this, he remained faithful to his dream and his vocation. Probably something similar was in our science in the 90s, and perhaps even now. Gameplay. Gameplay-a mixture of Tamagotchi with a time manager. On The one hand we have 3 parameters that need to be maintained (health, physical and mental, and attitude to US boss). For This purpose it is necessary to go to bed in time, eat, wash clothes, buy food and washing powders, and so on. On the other hand, when you come to the laboratory, we are given tasks for experiments, which need in a certain sequence and time, use the necessary apparatus. In Addition, there are randomized events, like neighbors coming to visit, poisoning from food and the like. The Game is short (11 game days, 2 hours of the present time maximum), but to pass it is not so easy. Graphics and sounds. The Picture is drawn minimalistic, but pretty cute. It is difficult to find Another term for it. The Music is somewhat sad, but beautiful. As a result. A Short, slightly sad game showing what it really is to be a scholar at this time. The Main emphasis here is placed on the plot, rather than on the gameplay. And The plot well conveys the basic idea. Fans of good stories, and those who wanted once (or wants now) to become a scientist, pass unequivocally! 9 scientists from 10. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1126011506 P. Product received for free "Yet Another Research Dog" is a Casual simulator workaholic, obsessed with the idea of becoming a great scientist and make a career. The main character from childhood was a dream-to become a great scientist. Many years of hard study and work do not give the desired results. Suddenly there is a chance to advance in a career. The Main character is invited to work as an intern in the laboratory... Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjgtDpUxTkw This work will not be as easy as our hero hoped. You Have to be a boss, earning a miserable penny, which is enough only for sustenance. Daily pressure at work, threats of dismissal and mental overexertion can cause the hero of the disease, influencing his health, mood and performance. In The game can happen a lot of unexpected situations at home, at work and even on the road, while the hero rides in his car. These random moments can bring both harm and benefit. For Example, he may be late for work because he was stopped on the highway and get a scolding from the boss, and can get an unexpected gift from friends who will delight and cheer up. The Game is a bit like "Punch Club" and similar simulators control the life of non-ordinary characters. The Whole game we will lead the life of the protagonist. We will lay him to sleep, feed, wash clothes, drive to work, perform various errands and go shopping. Together with this cute, humanoid dog we have to go a difficult path along the career ladder to his cherished dream and watch his ups/downs, relive the joy and grief. Great game with chic style affectation and cute main character. English translation is not the most successful, but its availability pleases. It would be much more difficult to Disassemble the inscriptions in Chinese. Knowledge of the language for the game is not obligatory, but desirable. The Action is not so much, and all the main game moments can be seen in the pictures in the main character's phone. You can read other reviews and subscribe to our curators.
