More than recommended. When an ex-Capcom who has worked on one of the most beloved versions of street fighter has the idea to transpose the concept of a combat game into tactical card game turn by turn, there is really enough to pick up a few hectolitres of drool on the ground. In fact, this game is a fake novelty because it exists for a good time and it is playable directly in a browser on the official website of the developer. Having it on steam with the use conveniences that this implies is necessarily interesting, and if you ever wonder if the game is worth the admission price, the answer is Yes, a hundred times Yes. The huge advantage is that the game has been in fact for so long that it has been the object of a manic balancing, refined over time, and that the roster of characters, therefore, is a true marvel of balance and customization of decks. You will find in a strategic card game the combos, the doves, the ultimate blows and other chops and grounded so dear to the world of the game of baston, transposed in a brilliant way. The solo mode allows you to make your hand via the interactive tutorial and the presence of bots to train against an AI, but the big piece of the game, like the fighting games, remains of course the duels online against players from around the world. Beware, this game is a real gamer game, which requires a knowledge of the game very real to hope to shine in multi. A strong Yomi player will explode you no matter what, the chance share is not so important in this game. I would like to enjoy learning this game but all the time card images show up wrong. Even when the values seem to be right that really disturbed my experience. Fix that and get a better rating by me! Update: Still true for the newest version. I contacted the developers without any results so far.

The Card Game Yomi has been perfectly implemented here. It's super helpful and useful for internalizing the Rules of the Game and Processes. You can play against an AI and online against real People. The Game is completely translated into German. Unfortunately, this Is not in the developer's Description.

I've been following David and his games for some time now, and since I got my first iPad (an iPad2) and ditched my MacBook Pro for most stuff I do I missed not being able to play the online version of the game; I've been silently wishing for an iPad app for years, and now that it's here I've been given my wish and loving it! Now I just need to wait for a Puzzle Strike app as well..! 😉

After getting to know the Game as a Card game with physical Cards, I set about the virtual Version. I have rarely seen a Game that has been implemented so ingeniously for the iPad. A good Workout for the physical Variant is possible. Furthermore, you can play well online against other Opponents. Contrary To the Game description, even a German Version is included in the App!

One of my favorite board games, possibly the most I like. A game where you always win the best if you can play, which simulates perfectly the decisions that are made in a fight game at high level competitive. As a board game, it is played with uncustomizable and highly balanced decks of cards (more than two years has been balancing the game) that represent the attacks and movements of each fighter. A game for a high competitive level, which only a rookie confuses with a random game. It Depends On the level of management of the player's hand (the part more oriented to the study of the characters, "the evaluation") and his training in the "reading" of the maneuvers that the opponent is going to do (Yomi, the psychological part of the game, but not for it randomly at Absolut Or when it is dominated). Game statistics do not lie, the best players in Yomi win, the worst lose. And it takes to master a single character.
