you have to try is a short text-based game surrounding themes of queer love and finding a home for yourself. Play as a nameless protagonist who wakes up without any memory, and finds themself trying to go home while traversing an unknown landscape.

This is the first game I've ever made in Twine, and an approach to making a queer story based around my own personal experiences growing up. All sounds in the game are from freesound.org.
