WASD to move, Mouse clicks for all UI buttons, loot villages for elixir ingredients, rest on non village tiles for hp. Exit tile takes you to a new floor, upgrades you and enemies stats. Every 25 days you vampirism progresses, if it gets to 5 the game is over(or if you die before then). 20 vamp ingredients buys an elixir that helps delay the vampirism. Try to survive as many days and go as low as possible.
