Yubin Ghost

This game was created in barely a day for Bingo Jam 2021. The theme is power (torch needs power?) The Jam lists various features commonly found in game jam entries with the purpose of fitting in as many as possible in one game.  Play as a girl and avoid ghosts/destroy them with your torch.
From the list provided I used the following 12 rules to make my steaming pile of game-

• Game name is a pun (bingo)
• Provide extensive lore/backstory on the itch page (see below)
• Do not include a main menu
• Use Kevin McLeod Music (Man Down by Kevin McLeod)
• Use Kenney assets (Kenney’s Roguelike tilesets)
• Use disjointed art styles
• Font is comic sans (Meow)
• Janky character animation
• No failure/death screen
• Escape button quits the game
• Game crashes
• Includes a cat (meow from freesound.com, pic from pexels.com)

-------Game Story--------

A girl wakes up in a seemingly endless brick corridor. She has... amnesia. What? No way.
All she has with her is a torch and the warning given to her by the talking cat in front of her. She sees a car way in the distance.
Maybe this is how she can escape?
Faded images of ghosts linger in the distance in all directions. Luckily for her, she is a trained gymnast and her arm can move in any direction, completely disregarding how bones and the human body work.

The ghosts are called Yubin Ghosts(referring to the Japanese term for postal service) as it seems like the have letters taped to their heads in the same fashion as a traditional Japanese style ghost. Maybe they are the souls of lost messages caught in limbo between those who have passed away and the ones who miss them most? Nope, I just thought of that then. Actually it just made a good pun so I stuck an envelope to their head. 

And finally, don't play this game. It's garbage.
